I was a new LPN 3 years ago. Landed a hospital job. Pay was $13.65/hr, so I think it's kinda normal pay

So I'm a medical assistance do you think it worth it for me to go to school for LPN? I have many years in the field an do what most nurse are doing. @ 51 not sure if I'd go on to just to have that paper, I think would go a long ways. I live in the state of Maryland and do ok hourly.
