We have a laboratory Manager with no licensed is that legal?

Hi all,

I recently found out that our laboratory manager does not have a licensed to operate the lab.I am getting laid off or fired in 3 weeks as what I told you guys.

She became lab manager this week, They are bullying me this last few weeks. They are moving my chair, wants me to fix my school schedule so i could work there but there is no chance doing that.

Is that legal? That a lab manager doesnt have a licensed?
