Transferring License from Fl to PA


I just moved to Pa from Florida... Does anyone know how or where or anything for that matter about transferring my florida license to a pennsylvania license? Help??! Thanks

You will not be transferring your license, you will still have the original one, until you decide not to renew it.

Follow the instructions for "License by Endorsement."

Just on an off note, I was always advised to keep my original license active. Forgot why, though.

Here is the deal.. My LPN license expired July of 2005 (this year) and I need to renew and then transfer or whatever to practice in Pa. The reason I didn't bother is because I am 9 months pregnant and ready to have a baby so i figured i could do it later.. Now i regret it and want to renew and transfer. I know to renew it will cost 120 to florida.
