Finally found a job at a small nursing home, it's 95 beds, patient ratio is 20/1 depending on how many residents. I'm so nervous, anything I should know to do well on my first job? I'm going to be starting orientation march 5! Will eventually be working 3-11 shift. How long was your orientation for a first job?
