Should I Go from LVN to RN ?

In order to do the EC BSN you must be an RN. You don't need The College Network to do the EC ASN. Most people who respond on this site agree it is a waste of money. As for the MSN, it depends on the individual positions you are seeking and your career aspirations. Yes, people with MSNs work as staff RNs and are paid roughly the same as other RNs. Then again, most people who get an MSN find some kind of position where the MSN is helpful or necessary and they get commensurate pay.
