Hello, I have a question but first let me explain my situation. I graduated from LPN school in May of 2006. An because I have a criminal record I had to go thru a lot to be granted my ATT letter in VA. I took my state board in July and finally found out that I past my boards on Aug 1st. My license arrived in the mail on Saturday, the following Monday I started job hunting. I have applied at the local hospital which still has LPN positions. On my application I did not lie or hide any facts. To be exact I gave them a letter explaining everything. My question is should a mistake keep me from gaining employment? An no I didn't do any bodily harm to anyone. Any input would be helpful, cause at this moment I feel hopeless.
