seeking new job at kaiser

hello everyone.. im seeking some advice on getting a job at kaiser permanente as an lvn. Currently ive been doing home care with pediatric patients and have been for four years. I have no hospital or clinical experience beside school. What could my chances of getting an entry level job at kaiser be. Do they require hospital experience? i currently am only cpr certified and am seeking IV certification. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.
