A routine hospital schedule.

Hi everyone! I am trying to locate a posting that I had read sometime in July but can't seem to locate it again. It was a nicely detailed "routine" that a nurse had posted of her normal routine on a hospital med/surg. unit. I KNOW that every day is not going to be typical or routine but this post was something I could "relate" to. I have been in long term care and I am now starting my first job on a med/surg floor. Since the two are so different I was hoping to find that post again. If anyone can help me find it that would be great, or if you don't mind someone else could share with me the routine they maintain. I am working 7a-7p. Thanks very much. El
