Question about hospital hiring

Hi! I just graduated LPN school a week ago. I' m looking for a job in a hospital, but none of the hospitals are willing to hire me until I have my license. I can't understand why they are not willing to hire LPNs on permit but they will hire brand new RN's on permit. I'm sorry if I sound grumpy I just don't like waiting 2 months for a job.
