Offered a Home Health care Marketing position in South Florida...need some advice.

Hello,
I've been a LPN for a year now. Average hospital pay down here in South Florida full time is 16.93/hr, 20.00 perdiem. Home health care visits between 20-30/visit depending on the company. I was offered a home health care marketing position, by a reputable company in West Palm Beach.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience doing this? Any advice? And what is the average salary? I've researched a little bit and found between 40-60K...but some of my case manager friends tell me it should be more. 50,000 without experience and 65,000 with experience.
This company offered me 45,000 with works out to be about 22/hr with benefits, gas mileage, cell phone etc... Does this sound right? Please advise.
