OB/PEDS challenge exam

Hi all! I am a LPN and will be starting the BSRN program at Penn State University next fall. I have the option of challenging OB and pediatrics nursing courses. I am more than willing to give it a shot but I'd really like to hear from those of you who have done this, successfully or unsuccessfully. Any suggestions on how to prepare?
