    Hello nurses,

    I'm currently and LPN working in a LTC facility on a dementia unit. Don't get me wrong I LOVE my job but sometimes I feel like I'm loosing some of my skills that I don't use on a daily basis (anyone else ever feel like that?) Anyway, I'm interested in subscribing to a nursing journal to stay more up to date in the nursing world. I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Go to Lww.com and browse through the journal section. I subscribe to nursing 2012, its the most broad and covers various topics. I am also interested in OR so Isubscribe to OR nursing and the journal of hospice and pallative care( I am also hospice nurse). I hope this helps
