New Grad PN seeking job in the Big Apple. Any advice...

Hi all
I am fairly new to this site and I am already loving it. I graduated as an LPN from WI recently and just moved to New York City.I have none experience except the clinical . I have no idea about the LPN hiring in NYC. I saw some ads for the LPN but they are mostly through the agency. Should I try my first job through the agency with no real experience on the field? I need a job and I am little confused where to begin. anybody know what are the scopes for the new PN grads in NYC area?. I will appreciate your advice and suggestions. wish me luck my fellow LPN's. y'all can understand me best.
