Need to Study NCLEX-PN based on "Exams Breakdown", and NOT "Organ Systems"

Well I am not sure on books but I used the ATI nyclex review online course to study. I had my own instructor that would tell me where to study after each practice test. I also had text books. The course was 150.00 but they have to stay with you till you pass your boards. They told me I had a 78% chance of passing and I did pass on 85 questions first time. I am not a great test taker at all and learn much better hands on. I also used the Saunders book. For me, answering as many practice questions is was really helped. Don't give up!

I failed 2x on my NCLEX-PN and the note that came along with the 'NCLEX examination result' letter gave me a very important information about my strength and weakness in all areas of the test.

So, my strategy in studying NCLEX-PN become [almost] totally changed now, of course. The note shows me my performance on each content area (total of 8 areas): 1. Below, 2. Near, or 3. Above - the passing standard.

And these are the EXAMS BREAKDOWN:

* Safety and Infection Control [8-14%]
* Coordinated Care [11-17%]
* Reduction of Risk Potential [10-16%]
* Phychosocial Integrity [8-14%]
* Physiological Adaptation [12-18%]
* Pharmacological Therapies [9-15%]
* Basic care and Comfort [11-17%]
* Health Promotion & Maintenance [7-13%]

Oh yes, I am seriously looking for any NCLEX-PN books or QBanks which are sub-categorized based on the EXAMS BREAKDOWN, and NOT based on our Human Body Systems such as Integumentary, MSkeletal, Nervous, Digestive, Respiratory....etc.

I don't know where and how to buy this kind of books.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I have been in the middle of moving. Well I have good news and bad news. I do have the website: www.atitesting.com. But you see I found out that I got it for 150.00 because my school participated in buying study tools for each student so because of that I got a special rate. It is much more expensive if your school does not participate in it. Its 349.00. You can pay it over 3 payments but its still pretty steep. They do stay with you till you pass. I am sorry about the misleading information. I can tell you that I have never been a great test taker and the ATI's are really hard. They are harder than the NYCLEX exam but because they were so hard it did help me. I also used the Saunders book and CD from that. Just don't give up I heard about a person that passed the NYCLEX on their 7th try.
