Need steps on license from state-to-state

I just moved to Florida from Louisiana. What are the steps in acquiring my LPN license in Florida?

Check you state board's website they have all that info on there. When I moved all I did was fill out the required form, sent a copy of my license and a check. It took about 2-3 weeks to get my new license.
