Need Info on Life Experience schools and State Boards

Hi everyone, I am seeking information on the so called "life experience schools" Are the really LEGAL diplomas? Can they be used to take state boards?
One of my friends who is also a LPN has just ordered one of the "Life Experience Diplomas for her ADN" I was appaled to think that she would stoop to this kind of tactic and told her that I did not think the State Board would approve of her taking the RN board with this so called Diploma. It is from some place called Belford University. Can someone please help me find out "if " this is LEGAL and IF the NC board of Nursing would allow this? I have been continuing my education "the old fashioned way"... I am just trying to make sure my friend won't lose her LPN for trying this.
