Need help in connecticut...

Hello everyone!

I just graduated from an LPN program, and I have since passed the NCLEX and got my license.

Now the fun part, I am having a very tough time finding work

Im not picky, Ill work anywhere, a hospital, LTC, rehab facilities, pysc, obg, and I hate to say it but im considering doctors offices, I really just need to start working because I need health insurance. Not to mention I feel like im forgeting all my skills just sitting around!

Does anyone have any advise? Im getting discouraged submitting resume after resume and not hearing anything back....

Im in CONNECTICUT by the way, if anyone knows of anything around here.

THANKS!
Jenni

Were you working in healthcare while you were going to school? Many times students get jobs in hospitals/nursing homes/etc where they did clinical work for school.
