- Apr 27, '05 by earthflowerI live in Louisville, it's a really great city! I moved here about 3 years ago and plan to stay for awhile. I just got hired at a hospital making $13 working nights. I know some other hospitals in the area only pay around $11. LTC is the only place to make money here. A friend of mine is making $16 doing LTC right now.

I currently live in the northern Kentucky area and am a new graduate. I work in a LTC facility and make 19.26/hour for 3rd shift. Norms around here start at about 16+/hour.
