As an RN myself, I need to hop in and tell you guy's that you would make my job a WHOLE lot easier if you guy's were at the hospital I work at. I'm all for bringing LPN/LVN's back into the game.

You all receive an extensive amount of training during college and come to find out you are "not needed". You guy's would be greatly appreciated in the hospital I work in if they'd begin to hire them (we're an all RN/CNA... maybe 2 LPN hospital I suppose you could say).

Even though I'm an RN I really support you guy's! You are pretty much just as capable and can do just about as much.

Thank you very much, antidote, for your wonderful words of support of us!

Thank you so much for your support this is just the type of nursing team that I have tried to advocate. That we all stick together and support one another. It's tuff enough when the administration chooses to become seperatist then split the staff. It's hard to work as a nurse and provide the best care when they keep their actions going to denigrate, lower our worthy ness and for what reason???? I have my opinion on this........
