lpn looking for work

I worked in long term care for 17 years, and was put on probation for a year in 05. I successfully completed the year probation, and worked all the way through it, full time in home-care. My case ended in April this year and I have not since even had a nibble. I am honest when asked about my sanction, but am not called after the interviews. I am discouraged that all of my years, and that was the only thing that was negative that I cannot find a job for 6 months now.
