    I have 10 years experience as an LPN. Three have been in LTC. I am looking at a LTC charge nurse position an the Minnesota Twin Cites metro area. Any ideas on how much hourly I am looking at? I will have my two year RN in August. What kind of bump will that do to the Salary?
