Knoxville area, new grad LTC $15 3-11

Specializes in Homecare, Public Health.

I am a LPN, graduated in 2008.

Med-surg rehab or the dementia floor $25.00/hr

Visiting nurse: $30 a visit RNs make $35 a visit

LPNs are well paid here and I feel valued. I did leave a well paying facility $33.50/hr to start because it was not worth the stress and lack of support or the loss of my license. The bottom line, Connecticut pays their LPNs very well.

 Ouch to some of these wages!!!!!! That is a travesty that nurses are making $12/hour

Hi I live in Kelowna British Columbia CANADA Our start wage and our senior wage is currently the same, so it doesn't matter how many years experience you have. My wage is 24.76 per hour( and I'm an LPN as the name suggests) we get a shift differential of 90 or 95 cents more for afternoon shift( can't remember the exact amount) and a dollar more on top of that for night shift. But our contract is up in April so hopefully we will get more.
