Jobs in NJ for new grad LPN's

Im a new grad lpn in NJ I cannot find work anywhere> Employers/agencies all want 1 year or so experience. I never had hands on other than my clinicals> BUt I did recieve Award For Clinical excellence. I guess I t doesnt mean anything i worked really hard to put my self through school and paid cash for everything, cashed in my 401k and emptied my accounts knowing that i will have a great job when I finished but Its been about 7 months since I recieved my license and still no luck anyone PLeease Help!!!
