Job market for North Carolina LPNs?

I posted this in the North Carolina forum a few months ago but didn't get any responses. Is the job market any better over there? Since I have family I can stay with (Greensboro area), I started the endorsement process today. However, I don't want to move just to be in the same position. I keep in touch with some of my classmates who are CNAs and the situation for LVNs is terrible here in CA. Hours are being cut left and right at their facilities.
