interview advice

Hi all--new to this discussion board.

I'm a new LPN working on my RN and am interviewing on Tues for an LPN job at a nursing home. This will be my first interview and while I know not every interview(er) is the same, some suggestions to help me prepare for the interview would be great! What kind of questions am I likely to encounter? (Besides "why do you want to work here?")

Thanks in advance!

Hannah

Hi Hannah,
I would check out the company website for their mission statement because it should give you a decent feel for where their priorities will be. Good luck!
