Ineffective Tissue Perfusion


I'm working on my NANDA's and want to know if Ineffective Tissue Perfusion would be good to use for a patient that has atrial flutter, CHF and Pulmonary Edema. P=126 R=24 +3 pitting edema in lower extremities
