How would I go about transferring an LPN license from WV to PA

How would I go about finding out the requirements to transfer an LPN license from WV to PA? I live in WV now, and am planning on moving to PA, and will be continuing my education in PA, if I can transfer my license, then I will be able to work there and get into one of the articulation programs to become an ADN then a BSN. Thank you. Jessica
