How hard is it to get a job as a correctional LVN?

I was recently looking for LVN new grad jobs and came across the corrections options. I know that many people are not comfortable working corrections but I think I would be.

That the starting salary for LVN'S with "less than 12 months experience"

Does that mean that you can get into a correctional job with no experience? It does not state any minimum experience level. Either preferred or required.

When people post on here about everywhere requiring atleast a year experience, I have yet to hear someone mention a correctional job. Usually clinics, hospitals, LTC, etc.


Please help me figure this out. I haven't even started my program yet and I'm already worried about having a job!
