help on online CE courses

hello everybody. I'm getting really frustrated on looking for a hospital job. They all tell me that I need to have at least 1 year of experience. How can I get a year of experience if they don't accept any people that just pass the NCLEX. Well can anybody tell me if you know any online courses such as ACLS, TNCC,PALS, ENPC, EKG certificate. I think if I get those I should be , it should be good on my resume. T
