Help! Employment Dilemma

I am a graduate PN with 7 years experience in LTC as a nurse assistant. I am having a hard time finding a job if anyone can imagin that. But here's my problem: I will only be in my particular area for 6 months. I want to work full time but I dont want to have to leave my job and end up with a bad or not-so-flattering reference. After I become licensed, would it be a bad idea to work for an agency to begin my work experience? It may seem like a no-brainer to not do it but, I don't know what to do especially with me needing to take care of my son and with an upcoming PERMANENT RELOCATION. I feel confident within myself to be able to EFFECTIVELY PRACTICE as a nurse but at the same time I know that everything is not "textbook".

IM CALLING ON AS MANY NURSES I CAN GET TO RESPOND to help me weigh the pros (besides the pay) and cons (not knowing the patients normal behaviors and habits) to come up with a responsible and rational decision. I just really don't know what to do.
