First year pay

I would just like to know, what did you as a LPN make your first year with no experience?

2006 was my first year as an LVN/LPN, and I started at $18.50 hourly in Texas.

My pay rate is now up to $21.50 per hour. I have earned as much as $25.

I am a new grad working full-time, 3-11 shift. I work in Central New Jersey where the facility is COUNTY owned. With night/weekend differential added to my base bay, I make close to $24/hr.

Not too shabby but consider the cost of living when seeing the different pay rates in different areas/states. Cost of Living affects the pay rate.

Wow, that's great! Is that before differentials?

That is after. Before is 24.00. I'm working 3-11 shift so we get paid more. But even the before rate is awesome.
