Educating Staff, needing help finding resources

Hey there fellow nurses!! I am needing your help trying to find online courses, seminars or conferences in the states surrounding IN, KY for management, communication for nurses. I have accepted a position as Nurse Educator at the office I work for and would like to educate my self more in the management role as well as communication/teaching techniques etc. If you could help it would be much appreciated!! Thx
