CEU question

Im due to renew in December....I found a site called western schools where you can buy courses and get your hours in....online or through the mail...just wondering if anyone else has used this site for ceus and how good was it? I had a friend who used it 2 yrs ago and she liked it. Do all states require this now for license renewal? Does anyone know of any other good places to get ceus from that wont break the bank?
