    Can a LVN become a BSN?

    I'm from CA and in a RN ADN program. I failed the 3nd semester. There is a long waiting list at my school to go back retake the 3nd. The chairman said I may wait until spring 2014. I checked LVN board, I'm qualified to take challenged LVN. My question is if I have challenged LVN license, can I attend any BSN program in the future?
