Well I think practice makes perfect. Try getting all your family members and friends to let you take BPs on them until you feel comfortable. For lung sounds, look up websites on the internet that have audio so you can learn to recognize the adventious sounds. Review your nursing texts from school. I've been a nurse almost 3 years and still have difficulty sometimes with the lung sounds, it just takes actual practice to learn.

http://www.stethoscopeskills.com/ occassionally has classes in the area, but it doesn't look like the 2009 schedule has been posted. However, they do have some online learning.
