Blood Donation job

Hello all I graduated lpn from a school in nj... after a year of searching I have moved to florida in search of work. I am not a nurse yet but i do start a job monday for plasma donation. I have used butterfly needles (23 gauge) for drawing blood before but this center uses 17 gauge. I am a little nervous and wanted to know if anyone has had experiance working at a donation center and what to expect. thank you ahead of time.
