i had 2 terrible experiences with the call center agents. the most recent was last fri after my test. i wanted to find out the max number of questions in the nclex-pn test. after letting me wait for several mins on the phone, he gave me ridiculous answers such as...you should get at least 95% of the total number of questions answered, blah, blah, blah...which made me depressed the rest of the day bec i really encountered a very difficult test.
pls share your bad experiences too. maybe we can send a feedback to pearsonvue. thanks in advance!
