AZ lvn nursing

Hello,
im currently a nurse in Ca. and will be moving to AZ. what is the process for getting a license in another state? Is Az license compatible w my licences in CA. what is the normal starting wage in az for LVN? im full of questions and not really sure how to get started. i have a few months before my move and plenty of time to get things together i just dont know where to start. Id appreiceate any help and info. anyone can give me!! thank you all!
