Application for NCLEX-PN Eligibility

by kdc_RN

hi... do you know what are the step-by-step process of appliying for eligibility for NCLEX-PN in West VIrginia? i visited the website of LPN boarn WV but they did not mention if they will require birth and marriage certificate.. all they mentioned were transcript, and fingerprint card, etc...

it's a little different from applying NCLEX-RN because there are more forms for the RN. the one i downloaded for the PN contains only 2 pages... what will they require from the school, especially that the student is from other country.. thanks...

Was there a phone number on the web site for you to call? I don't live in Virginia, but I remember my school telling me to purchase two passport photos and they sent those pictures in along with my transcripts. And, you can also call Pearsonvue, I think for further information. Good luck!
