What happened in Shreveport?

Hey y'all.. would like to know if there are any new grads (LPN/RN) that just in the last few weeks have not seen any job postings or any hiring going on at all in S'port. While I was finishing clinicals in April some of the facilities (hospital and LTC) were pushing applications at us, and a month later in May when I graduated there now is nothing to apply for. I still have family in Alabama and just started inquiring and searching positions there and there seems to be so much more, and the pay rate is better to my surprise especially Huntsville area. Anyone in S'port experiencing trouble getting a position?
