Best place to work - Boisser/S'port

Does anyone want to share the positive points of working in the Boisser area. I am an RN in TX wanting to work in Boisser. I have 4 years experience. Any information would be helpful. I would be commuting and not relocating. Would need 12 hr shifts with my days together.
