by beatrice1 Jan 9I am a new nurse working in LTC. I carry alot of resource books books with me to work... Lab tests, drug book, nursing proceedures...ect. Can someone tell me a great Nursing resource book that includes everything so I don't have to carry so many books.
or another words.... What is the one Book or Nursing resource that you cannot do without??? Or Nursing App?
My facility is not computerized yet so I don't have that resourse at hand
But I do have a smart phone, so any app recommendation will be appreciatedT

Jan 9 by vintageandreaI have all my nursing textbooks on my computer, phone and tablet since my school went all electronic. I have my phone in my pocket and take it out to look up the info I need in my books. I use pageburst software, and the app on my phone is called bookshelf. I obviously had to purchase all the e books though. The best free nursing app that I have that is great is Medscape.
