    I am thinking of taking the Vickie Milazzo (Vickie Milazzo Institute) course but its quite expensive. Anyway I'm trying to decide between that or medical billing. I have friends who are successful in both so they are each trying to convince me that their field is the better choice. Any ideas on how to make the decision?

    Good to have you with us.

    It all depends on what you want to do. Nursing or other?

    Do you like the legal aspects of nursing? Do you like delving through Medical Records and applying SOC/SOP?

    These two career paths are worlds apart.

    I suggest really researching both and get an idea of what you will be doing. You can get a lot of information here about nursing, especially the LNC.
