Starting a new business

by bknyrn

I really would like to finally start my own LNC business. I'm not sure of where to start.
Did you go to a lawyer to help you or did you do it by yourself? What kind of lawyer?
Did you set up a LLC?
Any help would be great on how you set up your business.
Thanks!

Hello, bknyrn

Many do utilize an attorney to set up a business. It is not necessary, but if it makes you more comfortable, do that.

Read through the Legal Nurse Consulting and Marketing Ideas thread for some ideas. Also, there is another (new) thread entitled, Cold Calling to Market CLNC Services, that may help.

Many do set up an LLC and you will find the information about that in the latter thread.

If you have other questions/comments, please post here. And, good luck in your endeavors.
