Sample case study assistance

by rng.bar

I know I have asked this question before but I am getting frustrated with the whole sample case study. I am trying to put my packet together and need some guidance with the sample case study. I have previewed the LexisNexis program BUT this program is expensive and I don't want to purchase until I get my first case but I can't get my first case if I can't get a sample put together. Please clarify...For the sample case do I just review a "pretend" malpractice case and then complete a form that I would use for a screening tool for my first case? This form is what I would show my potential attorneys? I am so confused. I did not purchase the marketing portion of my LNC course because that would have added alot more money to my already high tuition. I just don't know where to get the form. I have one in my book but it says right on the form that I cannot copy and use with actual cases. Please help
