Question about legal nurse consulting?

I am new to this nursing site. I used classroom chatting when taking nursing classes online and learned about about others job perspective and information.

I have a question for nurses out there. Tell me does anyone have an opinion or information about legal nurse consulting. I received in the mail information for a 6 day seminar or a 40 hours study course at home.
