Need help marketing

I took the Vickie Milazzo VIP course in May, 2005--spent my savings, took a student loan out and have not worked as one yet----cannot even afford to have marketing materials printed...I have 3 special needs kids I am trying to raise....I have consulted all of the lawyers in my town (Crystal Lake), even followed up......what am I doing wrong here?????? Any suggestions/leads would be appreciated.
