LNC billing rates in a law firm

For those LNCs working at law firms:
What is your billing rate typically set at? Does this vary from client to client?
Do you get billed as a "paralegal"or under a different title (ie, LNC)?
Would you expect an experienced LNC with an MSN & FNP experience to be billed at a higher rate?
Where can I find out how law firms set billing rates for other types of professional employee-consultants (such as MDs, engineers, and the like)?
Thanks!
