by BCHSN64 Apr 5, '10Hi!
I am a senior, licensed RN, thinking of taking a volunteer position in a adult daycare facility.
I am also thinking of taking on a position as a companion but without the RN pay.
I would like to know what are my legal responsibilities because my license is active.
I'm also wondering if I should retire my license to avoid any legal complications?
Any input would be most appreciated!
