Introduction letters to attorneys

Hi,
I too am new to LNCing. And am struggling with the best way to write a letter to attorneys. Are there any resources available that would have sample letters? I have worked on two cases thus far without sending out any letters. I am confident in my ability and knowledge as a nurse but am not good at selling myself as I never had to.
Unfortunately I live in a small town in Tennessee, so there is no support person here in the same field who I can turn to who could read my draft and edit it for me.

Any help in the best way to jump this hurdle would be greatly appreciated.
